Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Deposits & Booking Confirmation

  • A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your event date and time.

  • Your booking is not confirmed until the retainer and signed agreement are received.

  • The retainer is applied toward your total balance and reserves your date exclusively.


2. Client Cancellations

  • All retainers are non-refundable under all circumstances.

  • If you cancel your event, payments made beyond the retainer may be eligible for a partial refund based on the notice period below:

    • 30+ days before event: Eligible for a refund of payments made excluding the non-refundable retainer

    • 14–29 days before event: Eligible for a 50% refund of payments made beyond the retainer

    • 13 days or less before event: No refunds will be issued

  • If the client chooses not to reschedule, the booking will be considered cancelled.


3. Rescheduling Policy

  • Clients may reschedule one time at no additional charge, subject to availability.

  • Reschedule requests must be submitted in writing and approved by Kapture Pro Wonders.

  • If the new date is unavailable, the booking will be treated as a cancellation and subject to the cancellation policy above.


4. Health & Death Clause

We understand that emergencies happen. The following exceptions apply:

Medical Emergencies

  • If the client or an immediate family member experiences a documented medical emergency that prevents the event from taking place, the client may reschedule one time at no additional charge, subject to availability.

  • No refunds will be issued for medical emergencies; rescheduling is the only option.

Death Clause

  • In the unfortunate event of the death of the client or an immediate family member, a refund may be granted upon receipt of official documentation (death certificate, obituary, or funeral program).

  • Once documentation is verified, a refund will be issued for all payments excluding the non-refundable retainer, unless otherwise required by law.


5. Provider Cancellations

  • If Kapture Pro Wonders must cancel due to an emergency or circumstances beyond our control, clients may choose to:

    • Reschedule to the next available date at no additional cost, or

    • Receive a full refund of all payments, including the retainer, unless otherwise required by law.


6. No-Show Policy

  • If the client fails to appear at the scheduled event time or the event is inaccessible due to venue restrictions or client delays, the booking will be considered a no-show and no refund will be issued.


7. Communication Requirements

  • All cancellation or rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing via email or text message.

  • Requests are not considered valid until confirmed in writing by Kapture Pro Wonders.
