Kapture Pro Wonders reserves the right to pause or stop service at any time if equipment, staff, or guest safety is at risk.
Any damage caused by guests, venue conditions, or event activities may result in repair or replacement fees billed to the Client.
We reserve the right to refuse service in unsafe, hostile, or hazardous environments.
Outdoor setups require a flat, dry, shaded, and weather-protected area.
If weather conditions become unsafe (including rain, wind, extreme heat, or extreme cold), service may be paused or relocated indoors at our discretion.
No refunds will be issued for weather-related interruptions unless otherwise stated in the signed service agreement.
Digital photos and videos are delivered via instant sharing options (AirDrop, text, email, or QR code) when available.
Event galleries will remain accessible for 30 days following the event date.
Kapture Pro Wonders is not responsible for lost, undeliverable, or delayed files due to incorrect guest contact information, connectivity issues, or device limitations.
Kapture Pro Wonders may use select photos and videos from events for marketing and promotional purposes (including our website, social media, and promotional materials).
If you prefer your event media not be used for marketing, you must notify us in writing prior to the event date. We are happy to honor opt-out requests.
The Client assumes full responsibility for any damage, loss, or theft of equipment caused by the Client, guests, or venue conditions.
Service may be suspended or terminated if environmental conditions threaten equipment safety.
No refunds will be issued for service interruptions caused by unsafe conditions, guest behavior, or venue restrictions.
The Client must ensure the venue permits photo booth equipment and provides adequate space and power access.
The Client is responsible for providing clear access for loading and unloading at the venue.
A designated point of contact must be available during the event to assist with coordination and on-site decisions.
Kapture Pro Wonders will make every reasonable effort to ensure smooth operation throughout your event.
In the rare event of equipment malfunction:
If the issue is resolved within a reasonable time, service will continue.
If we are unable to deliver the contracted service, a pro-rated refund will be issued for the unused portion of time.
No refunds will be issued for interruptions caused by venue Wi-Fi issues, power outages, or environmental conditions outside of our control.
