We offer premium 360° video booth experiences, iPad photo booths, and traditional photo booth setups designed to match your event style and vision.

There are no walls like traditional photo booths and it allows for better lighting and more people.
Pricing is based on the selected booth type, rental duration, event location, and any additional features or enhancements.
Photo Booths are great for School Events, Fundraisers, Corporate Events, Marketing Events, Grand Openings, Family Reunion, Graduation and Birthday Parties, Church Events, Baby Showers, and Weddings.
Most clients reserve their date 1–3 months in advance, especially for
weddings, holidays, and peak

season events. Last

minute bookings may be
available depending on our schedule, but early booking is always
recommended to secure your preferred date.

Technical Questions

WiFi is required for instant sharing. However, both the iPad Photo Booth and the 360 Photo/Video Booth can store photos offline and upload them once a connection is available.
If an issue arises, the Kapture Pro Host will troubleshoot and resolve it for the 360 Photo/Video Booth and for the iPad Photo Booth if an Kapture Pro Host has been added to your package. If no Kapture Pro Host is present, we offer
remote support and can provide backup equipment when available.
Yes. The iPad Photo/Video Booth captures high quality, professional looking photos that are perfect for any event.

After the Event

Guests will receive their photos/videos instantly. The digital gallery will be delivered to the event contact listed on your service agreement.
Your digital gallery will be delivered within 24–48 hours after your event.
Kapture Pro Wonders stores event photos for 30 days and may use select
media for marketing purposes only.

Event & Setup Questions

An 8×8 ft area is recommended for the iPad Photo/Video Booth, while the 360 Photo/Video Booth requires a 10×10 ft space to accommodate the platform, spinning arm, and smooth guest movement. A standard power outlet must be accessible within the setup area.
Setup requires 30–60 minutes, depending on the booth type and event layout. Once the equipment is on-site, it typically takes under an hour to complete setup and testing. Transportation, setup, and tear down are always included with your rental.
Yes. A Kapture Pro Host is included with every 360 Photo/Video Booth rental
to assist guests, manage props, and ensure seamless operation. For the iPad
Photo/Video Booth, a Kapture Pro Host can be added to your package for an additional fee.
Yes, the photo/video booth can be set up outdoors as long as the area provides a level, solid surface; proper protection from weather and direct sunlight; and temperatures between 60–85°F to maintain equipment safety and guest comfort.
The 360 Photo/Video Booth is battery powered and
wireless, so it does not require an external power source. The iPad Photo/Video Booth does require access to a standard power outlet.
Yes! Your Kapture Pro Host will arrive 60-90 minutes before the event to setup and will spend about 20-30 minutes breaking down the booth.

Customization & Features

Yes. We offer custom overlays featuring names, logos, event themes, and branding. This service is included in our Premium Package and can be added as an enhancement to the Standard Package.
Yes! We can add your custom audio. Keep in mind, due to copyright laws the music must be license free or you must own the license to use the music.
Yes. Standard backdrops (solid color options) are included in our Standard
Package, while premium backdrops, such as sequin and themed designs are included in our Premium Package. Premium backdrops may also be added as an enhancement to the Standard Package. Backdrops are completely optional; in many cases, the venue or event décor provides a beautiful natural backdrop that perfectly captures the atmosphere of your celebration.
Guests receive their videos instantly through the sharing station, with
options including QR code, email, text message, or AirDrop.
Final videos are about 20 seconds long. This includes forward / reverse and slow-motion effects.
Yes, our standard package includes standard props, and our premium package includes premium or custom props. The premium props can be added as an enhancement to the standard package.
We recommend 2-3 people at a time. The platform can accommodate up to 4 people but anything over that not only poses safety concerns, and possibly result in lower quality videos.

Policies & Payments

Yes, A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure the date.
  • All deposits paid to Kapture Pro Wonders are non-refundable under all circumstances.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event are non-refundable.
  • If Kapture Pro Wonders must cancel due to an emergency, all payments—excluding the deposit—will be refunded or applied to a future date.
A minimum travel fee of $75.00 will apply for events located 25–60 miles
outside of Raleigh, North Carolina. Final travel costs may vary based on the
specific event location and accessibility.
We charge an hourly rate of $125 for every hour we go over what is included
in your service agreement package.
