Payment Policy

Booking & Retainer

To reserve your event date and time, a non-refundable retainer of $100.00 is required.

Your booking is not confirmed until the retainer has been received and processed. The retainer secures your selected date exclusively and is applied toward your total balance.

The remaining balance is due 48 hours prior to your scheduled event date.

If final payment is not received by the due date, Kapture Pro Wonders reserves the right to:

  • Suspend or cancel services

  • Release the event date

  • Retain the non-refundable retainer


Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit or debit card (processed securely via Stripe)

  • Zelle

  • Approved invoice payments

All electronic payments must be submitted in full prior to the event date.


Late Payments

Payments not received by the due date may be subject to:

  • A $50 late fee, and/or

  • Event cancellation at the discretion of Kapture Pro Wonders

We encourage timely payment to avoid disruption of services.


Additional Time & Add-Ons

Any additional hours, upgrades, or add-on services requested before or during the event must be paid in full prior to extension of services.

Additional event hours are billed at the rate outlined in your selected package.


Payment Authorization

By submitting payment, the Client authorizes Kapture Pro Wonders to charge the provided payment method for agreed-upon services, including any approved add-ons or additional time requested during the event.


No Chargebacks Policy

Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks for services rendered in accordance with the signed agreement. Any disputes must first be addressed directly with Kapture Pro Wonders for resolution.
